Lovin Vista 64 with the AX8 - I can highly recommend, once you get it all sorted out.. Yep, Found the same prob with my AX8 (Damn IC plus and I guess abit) - anyway, straight down to my component shop and bought a cheap plug and play IEEE compliant 10/100 adapter for Eur15, plugged it into the 32bit PCI slot, and Vista didn't even inform me of new hardware, just turned it on and plugged me into the net!!!! Thankfully this was the only problem I had, as both nvidia and realtek have been keeping up to date 64 bit drivers.. I finally fixed this on my AX8 with 32-bit Vista Look for the XP drivers for the Asus NX1101 Gigabit Ethernet Adapter at ASUS's website.
